- Carl Vickers Review added: 2018.11.17★ ★ ★ ★ ★Brand new Miller & Carter restaurant in Kettering in the old Harvester building. A huge step up from standard Harvester fayre and quite a bit more expensive, but absolutely worth every penny. Really nice decor inside and superb food expertly cooked. A real steak lovers paradise. Best of all, no kids running around all over the place. Booking essential. Remember to give the bell a ring on your way out if you enjoyed your meal.
